On April 22, a gunman opened fire using an AR-15 assault rifle killing 4 innocent victims and injuring 2 more. James Shaw Jr. was the amazing human that risked his life to stop the gunman. Shortly after, James went to social media asking for people to donate to help the victims families. He set a goal for $15,000 and as of now, his goal has been far surpassed and is currently at $213,781. James is not only a local hero, but is an amazing HUMAN.
